Breakfast at Villa Belle Epoque فيلا بيل ايبوك: Its a boutique hotel in old residential neighborhood Maadi. You don’t have to stay there, but by all means have breakfast there - its utterly old world, you get to  have it at the courtyard by the pool. The best. Then you can take a taxi and go visit citadel - dont miss military museum, its one of the most underrated places in Cairo. Market Khan el Khalili works 24 hours, i recommend visit it at night. If you go to Luxor - hotel La Moudira, if its not in your budget go there for dinner and pre-dinner cocktail, its stunning

An extraordinary Egyptian weaving cooperative a stone’s throw from the Pyramids of Giza: This place is absolutely incredible to visit. The tapestries are quite pricey but seeing them was, quite honestly, as much a highlight of Cairo for me as the pyramids themselves.
