Recs for a special and nourishing morning and bedtime routine? Meditation pillow? Nice smelling spray? Magic rocks? Fav movements or meditations? I want to hear it! I sorta have a morning and bedtime self care routine but right now it feels a bit too much like just another thing on the to do list. How can I make it feel magical and nourishing and something to look forward to?

I loooove how this night cream smells. I just ran out and need more. It's super luscious, and I can't really describe the smell. The label says it's ~ stardust ~, whatever that means, but it's worth it. A++++++
