The Art of Gathering is one of my most read books- it changed my brain in meaningful ways and as someone who is obsessed with connection, community, gathering - it is a bible for so many aspects of my life.
The Art of Fighting is the missing puzzle piece. Bringing people together is often the work of people pleasing eldest daughters and this book is a gift for them, showing them that the heat of conflict and repair is the secret sauce to lasting connections (both personally and universally) that they have been missing

At this point, the art of gathering is my most re-read book. Cannot agree more and am itching to read the art of fighting (but I think my husband and I are going to try to read it together but maybe I’ll start anyway since I’m positive I will need to absorb her genius repeatedly!)

2 min into reading it I texted my husband that “we both had to read it and discuss becaucause I think it will change our lives” lol will for sure be re-reading it together
