Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies (no bake)

These are the best cookies ever and they’re soooo easy to make. I brought them into work the other day and everyone flipped over them. I made them for my husbands birthday and again, everyone flipped. They’re also vegan. Not for any reason other than they just are. Perfect cookie. I sprinkle flakey salt on top when they’re cooling.
