if you’re in nyc and into matcha, you should stop by 12matcha. you will likely wait in line, but the space, experience and obviously the matcha (and matcha treats!!! emphasis on the matcha basque cheesecake), is worth it. if you can’t do that, you can finally buy their matcha online and make it at home. i made it for the first time this morning i’m so excited to have it readily available. it’s realllllly good.
