Sweet Potato, Pecan, Chipotle and Crema Puree (Pati Jinich)

I've made this several times for Thanksgiving, and it always gets rave reviews! It's creamy, a little smoky from the chipotle, and a wonderful change from the usual sweet potato casserole.
