Salt Fat Acid Heat

This is how I discovered Samin Nosrat. I watched all four episodes of Salt Fat Acid Heat when they were available to me, fell in love with her approach to cooking, and have followed her ever since. The series now requires a Netflix subscription, but if you already have one, it’s absolutely worth watching.
