Timeshifter app for jetlag

Jet lag is far worse in my thirties than my twenties. Used this on my last three international trips with very little downtime! Get your first trip free.

This app helps you fight jet lag by creating a schedule for you to sleep, wake up, nap, drink caffeine and take melatonin (the last two are optional). I first used it on a trip from Los Angeles to Tokyo and legitimately had no jet lag. I've been an evangelist ever since.
