Journey

Completely visual storytelling. No hand holding in this game. No words in this game. You stitch the narrative together yourself, you use your actual brain. Magical, gorgeous animation. The soundtrack alone will makes you tear up, it’s so good. Very easy. All ages can and should play.

I am not a videogame person, except for literally Journey and Tetris.

The last 20 minutes of this game are sublime (but only if preceded by the entire rest of the game, ideally with another player joining you (wait is the online part of this game even still a thing))

Yes it is! I think I played it 3x before I played it online and once I did it made me actually cry because you don’t have to finish by yourself.
