Drops of God (but only S1)

In need of good scripted tv to dive into. I’m an actor, husband is a writer, so it’s gotta be quality. We’ve watched the big, obvious ones. Not hot on franchises, procedurals, standard network fare. What are your snobby, smarty, oddball favorites? International is fine, we’ll spring for an obscure streamer if it’s worth it.

A spectacular adaptation of a Japanese manga about a wild inheritance and the two people competing for it. Visually stunning, well acted. Watch with subtitles instead of English dubbing (it’s in French, Japanese, and English). If you like wine, this is a total delight.
