Napoleon Dynamite (2004) Dance Scene

At a prior company, the leadership committed to an executive talent show if we met one of our annual company goals. We did and one of the executives dressed up as Napoleon and did this dance performance in front of the entire company. If you are in a leadership position, I will say that thinking outside the box when recognizing your employees’ efforts can be more rewarding than a yeti coffee mug or an embroidered hat.
