The Long Loaf

It’s true I am biased — my boyfriend wrote (and published) this book. BUT it is good and approachable and the bread is not hard to make, and a recipe for good sourdough, cool wheat kind of bread that bakes in a loaf pan is kind of hard to find but so useful and good.

I say get it direct from him on this site, but read the sweet write up at Kitchen Arts & Letters and find a less biased five star review. :)
