Are You Mad at Me?

Thank you to those who recommended this on Rec League! As someone who often wonders (and asks my partner) "Are you mad at me?" I could not recommend this book enough. I listened to it and then started re-listening as soon as it was over. Meg Josephson does a fantastic job describing how the "fawn response" operates in daily life and easily takes over a person's inner world. Her discussions on boundaries, mindfulness, and self-compassion land in a way that sticks. Enjoy!
