EB BB Sandwich from Elbow Bread

Big fan of the things they are doing at Elbow Bread. This rocked my world. All I can say is that Zoe Kanan is a genius.

I had seen this sandwich all over social media but thought there was no way it could be as incredible as everyone was saying. (Spoiler: it’s as good as they were saying.)

A delightful combo of crispy walnut butter, dates, and cream cheese on Elbow’s homemade brown bread, this sandwich is a textural dream. The bite of the cream cheese is perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the dates and the salty-sweet walnut butter.

The innovation of this bakery is so admirable. You must try this. I can’t wait to go back.
