Breville Bambino

Now hear me out: I KNOW this is a splurge, and certainly not something I would have bought myself.

I was gifted this by my amazing roommate, Allegra, and it has truly changed my life. It did take us some trial and error to get our beans dialed in, but now I genuinely feel like I can replicate an espresso beverage that I'd purchase at a cafe. Does it take some extra time in the mornings to make my coffee? Yes. Are some of my shots less than perfect? Yes. But I honestly can't remember the last morning that I didn't use my bambino. Even paired with a less-than-ideal grinder (we use the baratza encore), we have been able to pull pretty consistent shots with this guy.
