OXO Good Grips Kitchen and Herb Scissors (8.75-inch)

I used to use my footlong old office paper cutter scissors to cut pizza because pizza wheels never worked for me. Neither did a mezzaluna. These kitchen scissors cut straight through dough and toppings and everything stays in place. Also works for a slab of smoked salmon. Call me a heretic.
