Your best cookbook club book recommendation! It’s my turn to host for the year. No one is a full vegetarian but we’re all not huge meat eaters. We’re all adept cooks and fairly adventurous eaters.

We have so many favorite books (and ours is a vegetarian cookbook club), but this meal was especially delicious.
