My ongoing new mantra - “what if it all just works out?” I Can’t believe I’m saying this but it totally works. About 8 weeks in and the moment I feel the buzz of the anxiety or overwhelm come I say it to myself and it stops the chaos. Not denial just a tool to snap me back into the possible. I’m a big fan of this path you speak of!

Quite literally our family motto after my therapist raised it as a possibility when our family was preparing to move. And it really really has worked out ❤️❤️❤️

I have a related mantra, which I embroidered to hang in my office as a reminder: “What if it’s easy?”

i’ve recently been reflecting on the optimism you have as a child before the world imposes doubt & “limitations” on you. remember when you were little & thought you could do anything? manifest in a delusional way!!! assume everything will work out for the best!!!
