Sticky Toffee Pudding from SHOSH

I love this restaurant... Truly 'simple-but-elevated,' elegant, expertly crafted but not pretentious. They have a ever-rotating seasonal menu full of plant-based and plant-celebratory dishes that are perfectly made. Every bite I've had at Shosh has been great– honorable mentions go to the celeriac shawarma on the creamiest hummus, the gem salad with yuzu kosha and chili oil, the black truffle tagliatelle…

But the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Man oh man this was life changing. The toffee flavor was so deep and subtly ginger-y, the cake was moist but not claggy.. The smell of this STP alone could bring make a grown man (my mouth) cry (drool).
