One of my favorite vegan restaurants, Chloe's on Bleecker, only has brunch on weekends. But what a blessing it was that they had a special Monday brunch in January (I believe it was MLK day) so I had a chance to come try their pancakes! mm mm mm

Although this is a sit-down restaurant, it's unexpectedly a great place to do homework.
