Japanese Sweet Potatoes

This is hella self explanatory. If you know, then you know.
My cooking technique: Cut in half, roast them cut-side down at 400 degrees for 45 min
My favorite ways to enjoy:
Just off the pan, or out of the fridge. I have no self control when it comes to JSPs
Slathered in nut butter... peanut butter is fab but tahini is where it's at
On the side of a stir fry, or any meal, really
Dipped in yogurt!!! An extremely underrated combination
As a vessel for avocado! The perfect breakfast

“I have no self control when it comes to JSPs” is one the best sentences I’ve read all week.

A dollop of plain Greek yogurt and drizzle with salsa macha. Flaky sea salt. Chefs kiss!
