Inviting a fairy to your home 🧚🏽

My kids were given some miniature furniture a few years ago including a door and a mailbox, so I encouraged them to write a note to a fairy and see if one responded. Thus began a years long correspondence with Violet Sparklegem. Admittedly, things have gotten a little out of hand because we now have also met the fairies of relatives’ houses, AirBnBs, and friends’ places, which has required some creative world-building and diligent tracking on the part of the benevolent fairy overlord (i.e., me 😅). Nonetheless, I love this because my kids practice writing letters and I get a little peek into their sweet, curious minds. They love it because fairies are awesome.
