I love to cook a lot when I’m in Charleston because the fish and produce are so good. Check out the mount pleasant farmers market on Tuesdays which is absolutely amazing and you can get great quality seafood from Simmons on IOP which also has fantastic freezer cases full of delights like crab cakes and key lime pie.
