Best price per pound Halloween candy

We get (this is not an exaggeration) ~1000 trick or treaters on Halloween. That it's a Saturday night this year, we are girding our loins. We've got 25 lbs of candy - a couple of these bags and a couple of the Kirkland chocolate candy bags. Please know I have priced this out and Costco is, again, the way.
