Fast, on-the-go, savoury breakfast. A sweet berry smoothie is easy. But salty queens need to bake, prep, or full-blown cook. What’s ready in ~3 mins?

This fits the bill of savory breakfast in less than 3 min. Basically a caprese salad for breakfast with a little crunch.
