Fairfield Inn and Suites

Kind of an odd rec (and maybe you have more money/interest in boutique spots), but Fairfield hotels are my go-tos on road trips. They’re affordable, easy to book, located everywhere you need them to be, and always have free parking and free breakfast. I stayed in a few across the Midwest roadtrip and they were perfect for a reliable touchdown after a long day of driving. You’ll probably run into a softball team staying there, but that’s great too.
