getting into marmalade after watching “paddington”
i finally worked my way through the “Paddington” movies in the fall, and wow, were they absolutely delightful!! the animation is on point, Ben Whishaw’s voice work is sensational, and the villains are 10/10 perfect.
but my key takeaway is, marmalade is the unsung hero of things to spread on bread. i used to find it bitter and not for me, but now i love to spread it on toasted sourdough with ::the good butter::. Paddington has me completely marmalade-pilled.

“First of all, I love this movie. If you haven’t seen it, go watch it. It feels like a hug. Secondly, the Brown’s family house is so pretty. It’s a maximalist colorful dream. There are really pretty shots too of the house within the movie showcasing some of the cute quirks.”
