for whatever reason, the Tik Tok algorithm has been feeding me microgreen content and now i am microgreen pilled. I’ve been adding them to my cucumber, tomato, feta salad and putting them on sandwiches in lieu of lettuce. Something about how quick they grow and how packed they are with nutrients makes me like them even more.

Next up, I’m going to start growing them in repurposed fish tins. Gonna DIY the heck out of this silly obsession.
