strange water coconut water

first tried this toasty tasty coconut water in Candor’s coconut matcha. it’s got such a distinct and delicious flavor, not to mention the graphic design being absolute fire. you can get it by the can at Day Glo. I made myself an iced coconut matcha americano this morning and it’s basically elevated my at home drink to coffee shop status.

Of course!
2 tsp matcha of your choice (i use Ippodo), sifted into matcha bowl
1-2 tbsp vanilla simple syrup
A sprinkle of Maldon salt (or sea salt of your choice)
1/2 cup milk of your choice (i use Oatly, but coconut milk is would be great)
1/2 cup coconut water
Whisk matcha with 1 tbsp vanilla simple syrup.
Heat water to 176 degrees F, then whisk into matcha. Sprinkle in a pinch sea salt.
Froth milk with a pinch of sea salt, 1 tbsp vanilla simple syrup, and prepared matcha.
Pour coconut water over ice.
Top iced coconut water with frothy milky matcha.
