El Yucateco Chipotle Hot Sauce

This is actually a rec from our favorite waiter, Ron at Pauline’s in Ravenswood. He pulled it out from the back and told us that it’s a part of the employee stash. The experience is like if car oil was appetizing with many dimensions of smoke and sweetness.

It’s harder to find this one (they sell it at Angelo Caputo’s for sure if you live in Chicagoland.) Much better than the Cholula alternative.
