Went on the sweetest herb walk in Pasadena and learned how many powerful plants are growing all around us. Each plant felt like a small portal, but elderberry stayed with me, ancient, protective, and said to bring people back to life. Something about it felt really wise and grounding.

And now I know what stinging nettle feels like ! (unintentional) haha. We came across some baby frogs migrating and making their way into the world. That was definitely my favorite part”
