Make a mid-week trip to the museum

If you're fortunate enough to have a schedule that allows it, make a mid-week trip to your museum of choice. It's subtly bougie and a lot of fun. (And besides, why should the arts be saved for weekends?)

I used to live closer to Harvard University, which has two wonderful museums, the Museum of Natural History and the Harvard Art Museums. The art museums are free for everyone, so I’d often have lunch and then take a midday walk over to spend some time there, just wandering around and taking everything in. It was such a nice way to break up the day. And during the winter, when there isn’t much to do outdoors, I’d find myself going to the museums all the time. It was honestly one of my favorite things to do.
