Trying to make more iced coffee/cold brew at home--what are your top recs to make this a really elevated, ritual-like part of my day? (Both the production and consumption)

I received this for Father’s Day (8 yrs ago?) and is one of the best things I’ve ever been given. Use it weekly. We use the Fellow burr grinder and then subscribe to Trade coffee and get surprised with beans every 5 weeks or so.

imho cold brew requires many more beans than pour over (I am not an expert by any stretch); what’s worked for our taste is to use 65-70g of beans which fills up the Hario filter more than halfway. Because of this amount, we only make it once a week or on a day we need to be up extra early! Also, I fill up the Hario with tap water to the line on the side where the glass changes from an angle to more of a straight neck, and I let it sit out to dissipate. Then I fill the filter with beans then water and place that in the Hario. Once it settles I top it off and brew it overnight in the refrigerator.
