Tricks for focusing/ treats (food or otherwise) to make things a little nicer? I have a week to write a final paper but am having a whole migraine/brain fog situation, and I feel like I’m thinking through molasses. I understand the irony of asking this on my phone!

This helps me with some types of headaches. I do use it along with medicine, but I think the oils smell nice and it kinda has a cool tingling sensation (almost like Icy Hot). Just be careful not to get it in your eyes
