Yes, it’s good! They also make good buns and rolls.

How’s the texture? Gummy or crumbly?

The texture is great! It’s the closest to real wheat bread texture of any gluten free bread product I’ve had. Shockingly not crumbly at all! (I was literally eating a piece of peanut butter toast on their bread as I typed this 😅)
