Taking a bad midterm

Not sure how many college people are on here, I’m sure all the grads can relate. Here’s what I tell myself: Your midterm is over, the sun is shining and the birds are chirping. Go outside, touch some grass, and enjoy the air :) a bad grade isn’t going to ruin your life I promise. You’re doing the best you can and that’s enough.
