2023 Etienne Courtois Quartz
$68
Recommended by remiI had a glass of this at Cafe Triste after I asked what their "Dealer's Choice" was for the night. I was on a first date and I wanted a nice white and he wanted a chilled red.
This Sauv Blanc from Etienne Courtois had a touch of VA and a ton of complexity. We got it in at Domaine LA and I'll be snagging a bottle before we sell out.
