The Secret Of Roan Inish

I just taught a lymphatic and fascial class this morning called Seawaters after a moment on the beach last week. I was completely alone, the only one of a densely fogged beach. As I walked towards the waters edge, I felt this CRAVING to step out of my human skin and into my seal body. I'm no stranger to Selkie's. My mom introduced me to this movie when I was a little girl and it has become a sort of...holy scripture movie (?)...for me. Last night, I ate a gummy and watched it again in preparation for this morning's class. If you haven't watched, it's available on Youtube and worth every moment.
