Pallares Solsona Knives

Looking to upgrade my knives (horrifically, some are still holding on from my college apartment…). I live alone so no need for a huge set with 10 chefs knives, 12 steak knives, etc etc. What do you love? Bonus points if they fit in a drawer (vs countertop)!
