Annabel's Birthday Cake (Marissa Zappas)

I avoided this for so long because of the balloon note. I was afraid it’d be like the vinyl notes that have made me feel ill in Steamed Rainbow or Holy Hell. But it works so well with the screech of tuberose here. I’ve only ever gotten travel sizes of Marissa Zappas work but this one feels worth the upgrade. Seems like I can actually get behind gourmands, I just need flowers on the table.
