I saw this well before I ever saw the original Grease, and I still prefer this one. I can’t think of bowling without hearing “I’m gonna score tonight” and picturing greasers dancing with bowling balls. And 10 year old me really wanted to be Michelle Pfeiffer.

“The artistry of this scene in Grease 2 is not to be forgotten! I just rewatched this after a long time, with my kids and it’s so unbelievably good. Surely they will say “I can’t believe mom let us watch that” but it felt like a good choice. I am standing behind it. Also having 3 daughters makes me feel strongly that a pink ladies Halloween is in my future.”
