I'm on the hunt for a new dip to add to my summer dip repertoire for cocktail parties. I love a seven layer dip, I have a great artichoke dip recipe I adore. Excited for a new dip to perfect and make every summer.
Rich, briney, somewhat fancy. Easy to tweak to your taste by adding garlic, anchovies, preserved peppers, etc. I make this in the summer along with babaganoush and tabbouleh for a dinner of only dips and salad.
