Olive Tapenade: Rich, briney, somewhat fancy. Easy to tweak to your taste by adding garlic, anchovies, preserved peppers, etc. I make this in the summer along with babaganoush and tabbouleh for a dinner of only dips and salad.

Nagi’s whipped feta dip: I call this my signature dip, even though it is not my recipe. Nobody else is allowed to bring it to the party. It’s mine. It’s incredible. Top with abandon (honey, chilli, lemon, herbs, pistachios) and save a little to re-top.
