Your company: Offer to be a safe space to talk about their journey, or to do literally anything else; let them lead once you’ve offered that space. Letting them know you’re thinking of them without expectation of responding. Offering to just be around and watch a show together. Ordering dinner for them to try and take things off their mental load. They’re lucky to have you as a thoughtful friend, sending them hugs ❤️
