Chanticleer, a pleasure garden
A magical place. The most beautiful and wild of the Philly area’s many beautiful gardens. The staff craft whimsical bridges and furniture in the winter like little elves (garden gnomes?). Reserve parking in advance and pack a picnic.

They don’t use plant tags and plant everything in a naturalistic style interwoven with exotic and native plants, herbs, vegetables, flowers, hemp, and yard art with all kinds of whimsical surprises. It’s so clever and creative while being totally unpretentious. I took such vibrant and heartfelt garden inspo from this place.”
