Butter Stuffed Dates: my toxic trait is believing i can snack on butter because i'm on medication for my high cholesterol, so it kinda cancels it out, right? right???

scrambled eggs w/ greens + avocado (and rice) as a rice bowl: Now I personally don’t feel this is too far fetched but my family felt this was odd. I did however convert my Mother to the dark side and she loves this too!

I’m a rice fien and will do anything to get rice in my meal.

Scramble up some eggs add in greens, add in some rice (I shoot for a 50/50). It’s good without but adding in avocado gives it a good flavor/texture.

Lastly if I’m feeling fancy- topped with toasted sesame seeds.

Breakfast, lunch or dinner it’s damn good and nutritious as HECK!
