Recommended by Open2LifeIncredible small town in the French countryside. I fell in love. Also, my favorite cathedral so far! And there are a lot of them. The Notre Dame de Bayeux Cathedral. Stunning!

Stayed in this town, restaurants were excellent, home of the historical tapestry. Used it as a base to explore Mont St. Michel and different parts of Normandy.
