I’ve taken a very long hiatus from reading (young kids, stress, doom scrolling addiction 😆). I want to get back into it. What are some of your favorite reads for someone starting to read again? I like historical fiction, fiction and series. Looking for something that will grab my attention early so I stick with it. Thank you!

I’m starting my Oura ring journey, any tips, tricks or best practices? Insights to dig into or watch out for? (42 yr old woman, just trying to look and feel her best).
