We don't give this skill enough credit for it's economical impact.
It is the only "optimization hack" that actually compounds on itself.
It creates better decisions.
It means you can calculate the cost of your life force.
It wards off manipulation.
It makes it harder to be bamboozled out of your attention or resources.
It pays in time, energy, and self-trust.
The cost is fear and courage.
