Buying High Quality Milk

Dairy is something I take very seriously. Since I got into ice cream making, milk has been front of mind. This one is available in supermarkets here in Youngstown and has a natural sweetness that makes it wonderful for ice cream or other types of custards. I also make kefir using this milk.
